Familiar enough to recognise.
Redesigned enough to surprise.
Galouti on warm slate. Dal-chawal arancini. Awadhi biryani sealed under dough, broken open at the table.
The name "Farzi" means illusion — and that's exactly what we serve. Familiar Indian classics, reborn through technique, smoke and sleight-of-hand. A rooftop above Rajpur Road, with the Mussoorie hills as our quiet backdrop. Brass canopies, an onyx-lit bar, curtained cabanas, and a kitchen that knows how to wink at a recipe without losing its soul.
"You walk in expecting a rooftop. You leave remembering the food. The galouti on a stone reset what we thought modern Indian could do — and the Mussoorie skyline at seven is its own dessert."Rohit S. · TripAdvisor · 5 stars
Designer brass canopies, hand-painted tiles and a glowing Farzi monogram. Outside, the line of hills runs all the way to Mussoorie. Inside, evenings drift slowly — lunches by the glass wall, sundowners at the bar, dinners under string lights.

Whichever Farzi you find — bistro, bar, or cabana — you'll want to come back.

Galouti on warm slate. Dal-chawal arancini. Awadhi biryani sealed under dough, broken open at the table.

Saffron sours. Curry-leaf gimlets. Smoked-jaggery old-fashioneds. A Mussoorie hill highball that smells like a forest.

Six private cabanas under brass canopies — for anniversaries, birthdays, surprise dinners, and slow conversations.
"The view is unreal and the dal chawal arancini is something I'll be thinking about for weeks. Worth every rupee."
"Best rooftop in Rajpur Road, hands down. Sundowner cocktails with the Mussoorie hills in the background — pure magic."
"Took my parents for their anniversary — the team set up the cabana with candles and the chef sent out a surprise course. Unforgettable."
